1. Agreement to Terms: By using Trailblaze Integrated Solutions services, including the Trailblaze ZeroFee Guarantee and Equipment Rebate program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment: To participate, businesses must:

- Be legally registered and operating within the United States.

- Use a standalone credit card terminal and qualify for the ZeroFee Guarantee.

- Provide accurate and complete application information.

3. ZeroFee Guarantee:
The program eliminates processing fees by passing costs to the customer where permitted by law.

- Merchants must comply with applicable regulations regarding surcharge, dual pricing and cash discounting.

- Failure to comply may result in termination from the program.

4. Equipment Rebate:

- Eligible merchants may receive a rebate for terminal costs, subject to approval.

- To qualify, you must actively process transactions for a minimum of 90 consecutive days.

- If minimum requirements are not met, merchants may be responsible for equipment costs.

5. Trailblaze - ZeroFee Guarantee Terms & Exceptions: At Trailblaze Integrated Solutions, we stand by our ZeroFee Guarantee - ensuring you never pay credit card processing fees on your monthly statement. If a fee appears, we’ll automatically refund it, no questions asked.

However, certain fees fall outside this guarantee. Below are the exceptions that may appear on your statement:

Exceptions to the ZeroFee Guarantee:

- PCI Non-Compliance Fees – If your business fails to meet Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance requirements, a non-compliance fee may be applied. You can avoid this by staying compliant with PCI security standards.

- TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) Invalid Fees – If the IRS marks your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) as invalid, a fee may be assessed until the issue is resolved.

- Chargeback Fees – If a customer disputes a charge and the payment is reversed, apply.

- Retrieval Request Fees – If a customer requests transaction details through their bank, a retrieval request fee may be charged.

How to Stay Fully Fee-Free:
- Ensure your PCI compliance is up to date.
- Verify your TIN is correct with the IRS.
- Minimize chargebacks by having clear refund & service policies.
- Keep detailed transaction records to avoid retrieval requests.

6. Termination & Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. Merchants will be notified of significant changes.
